Sales Policy

This Sales Policy outlines the commercial terms that apply when you purchase products, services, or licenses from Eirems Lens. 1. Quotes & Orders All quotes are valid for 30 days from issue unless otherwise stated. Orders are accepted at our discretion and confirmed in writing. 2. Pricing & Payment Prices are quoted in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Standard payment terms are net 30 from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. 3. Delivery Digital products are delivered electronically following receipt of payment or signed agreement. Hardware deliveries follow Incoterms 2020 EXW unless otherwise stated. 4. Refunds & Cancellations Licenses are non-refundable except as required by law. Hardware may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. 5. Warranties Products and services are covered by the warranties set out in the applicable order form or master agreement. No other warranties apply. 6.
